With the victory, Sacred Heart upgrades its record to 10-12 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Opelousas Catholic (Opelousas, LA) to play the Vikings in a 1A District 6 challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 8-10.

Next up, the Tigers play the Thrive Academy Bulldogs (Baton Rouge, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. GEO Next Generation will attempt to upgrade on its 9-10 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 7-8 record after their 38-36 non-league loss to Glen Oaks (Baton Rouge, LA).
