With the victory, Mountain Ridge improves its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Miners travel to Allegany (Cumberland, MD) to confront the Campers in a Appalachian challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Campers come into the challenge with a record of 9-1. Allegany lost 68-64 in their recent league challenge against Fort Hill (Cumberland, MD)

Next up, the Lions confront the Berkeley Springs Indians (Berkeley Springs, WV) in a Potomac Valley AA challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. GVCS Broadfording will attempt to improve on its 5-16 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 69-47 non-league loss to East Hardy (Baker, WV).
