The Oak Hill Academy - Red Warriors (Mouth of Wilson, VA) basketball nipped the host Hargrave Military Academy Tigers (Chatham, VA), 73-69 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Warriors (13-3) will now prepare for their test against Winston-Salem Christian (Winston-Salem, NC). The Lions go into the Freelance test with a 3-9 record. In their last test, Winston-Salem Christian was tipped by Parkland (Winston-Salem, NC), 69-58, in a non-league test.

The Tigers now own a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Blue Ridge for a VISAA Division I test on Tuesday, January 16. Hargrave Military Academy will encounter a Barons squad coming off a 60-56 league win over Miller School of Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA). The Barons record now stands at 10-4.
