The Lake Taylor Titans (Norfolk, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Indian River Braves (Chesapeake, VA), 60-37 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Titans (14-0) will now prepare for their test against Norview (Norfolk, VA). The Pilots go into the Eastern test with a 9-2 record. In their last test, Norview walloped Princess Anne (Virginia Beach, VA), 55-54, in a non-league test.
The Braves now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Grassfield for a Southeastern test on Tuesday, January 16. Indian River will encounter a Grizzlies squad coming off a 53-52 non-league win over Northeastern (Elizabeth City, NC). The Grizzlies record now stands at 5-6.
