Illinois High School Basketball - Lincoln succumbs to Quincy

The Quincy Blue Devils topped the host Lincoln Railsplitters basketball team by a final score of 48-31 in Saturday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Blue Devils face the Geneseo Maple Leafs (Geneseo, IL) in a Western Big 6 game, on Friday, January 19. Quincy will attempt to move on its 17-1 season record. The Maple Leafs enter the game with a 1-15 record after their 76-41 league loss to Sterling (Sterling, IL).

With the defeat, Lincoln moves to 13-6 on the year. The Railsplitters travel to Bloomington (Bloomington, IL) to face the Purple Raiders in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 16.
