The Wayne Trace Raiders basketball squad scored 56 points and limited the visiting Miami East Vikings to 43 in the Raiders non-league win on Saturday.

With the win, Wayne Trace upgrades its record to 10-1 on the season. The Raiders host Hicksville (Hicksville, OH) to play the Aces in a Green Meadows bout on Monday, January 15. The Aces go into the bout with a record of 3-8. Hicksville lost 57-36 in their recent non-league bout against Archbold (Archbold, OH)

Next up, the Vikings play the Northridge Polar Bears (Dayton, OH) in a Three Rivers bout, on Friday, January 19. Miami East will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Polar Bears go into the bout with a 7-6 record after their 52-49 non-league loss to Fairland (Proctorville, OH).
