West Morris Central Wolfpack (Chester, NJ) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Mount Olive Marauders (Flanders, NJ), 61-41 in a league bout.

With the win, West Morris Central upgrades its record to 6-7 on the season. The Wolfpack travel to Delbarton (Morristown, NJ) to play the Green Wave in a Northwest Jersey - American bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Green Wave go into the bout with a record of 10-1. Delbarton won 50-49 in their recent non-league bout against Oratory Prep (Summit, NJ)

Next up, the Marauders play the Morris Hills Knights (Rockaway, NJ) in a Northwest Jersey - National bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Mount Olive will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 8-4 record after their 60-40 non-league win over Hopatcong (Hopatcong, NJ).
