Trinity Christian Academy Lions (Jackson, TN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Natchez Trace Youth Academy (Waverly, TN), 72-26 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Trinity Christian Academy upgrades its record to 15-5 on the season. The Lions host Fayette Academy (Somerville, TN) to confront the Vikings in a Division II-A West District 5 challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 8-10. Fayette Academy lost 68-32 in their recent league challenge against University School of Jackson (Jackson, TN)

Next up, the confront the Jackson Christian Eagles (Jackson, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 18. Natchez Trace Youth Academy will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record.
