Folsom Bulldogs (Folsom, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Pleasant Valley Vikings (Chico, CA), 65-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Folsom upgrades its record to 17-2 on the season. The Bulldogs host Whitney (Rocklin, CA) to play the Wildcats in a bout on Wednesday, January 17. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 22-0. Whitney won 67-53 in their recent league bout against Del Oro (Loomis, CA)

Next up, the Vikings play the Shasta Wolves (Redding, CA) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Pleasant Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 11-8 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 0-11 record after their 63-37 league loss to Foothill (Palo Cedro, CA).
