The St. Joseph Wildcats basketball team (Hammonton, NJ), was overwhelmed 67-36 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Absegami Braves (Galloway, NJ)

The Braves now possess a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mainland Regional for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 16. Absegami will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 50-49 non-league win over Trenton Catholic Academy (Trenton, NJ). The Mustangs record now stands at 11-0.

The Wildcats (3-6) will now prepare for their battle against Schalick (Pittsgrove, NJ). The Cougars come into the non-league battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Schalick was overwhelmed by Paulsboro (Paulsboro, NJ), 32-21, in a non-league battle.
