The Belvidere County Seaters basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Notre Dame Spartans to 7 in the County Seaters non-league triumph on Saturday.
The County Seaters now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lenape Valley for a non-league contest on Monday, January 15. Belvidere will meet a Patriots team coming off a 51-37 non-league loss to Morris Hills (Rockaway, NJ). The Patriots record now stands at 9-3.
The Spartans (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against MMI Preparatory School (Freeland, PA). The enter the non-league contest with a 2-8 record. In their last contest, MMI Preparatory School was routed by Lake-Lehman (Lehman, PA), 54-23, in a league contest.
