The Irvington Bulldogs (Irvington, NY) basketball knocked off the visiting Byram Hills Bobcats (Armonk, NY), 53-43 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs (10-2) will now prepare for their test against Haldane (Cold Spring, NY). The Blue Devils go into the non-league test with a 6-5 record. In their last test, Haldane notched a victory over Hamilton (Elmsford, NY), 40-38, in a non-league test.
The Bobcats now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Nanuet for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 17. Byram Hills will encounter a Golden Knights squad coming off a 59-52 league loss to Nyack (Upper Nyack, NY). The Golden Knights record now stands at 1-1.
