With the victory, West Essex improves its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Central (Newark, NJ) to confront the Blue Devils in a Super Essex - Liberty challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a record of 9-6. Central won 65-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Colonia (Colonia, NJ)

Next up, the Cougars confront the Eastside Ghosts (Paterson, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 15. Columbia will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record. The Ghosts come into the challenge with a 10-2 record after their 55-48 non-league win over Central (Newark, NJ).
