San Joaquin Memorial Panthers (Fresno, CA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Cornerstone Christian Cougars (Antioch, CA), 67-19 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, San Joaquin Memorial upgrades its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory (San Francisco, CA) to play the Fightin' Irish in a non-league bout on Monday, January 15. The Fightin' Irish come into the bout with a record of 10-2. Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory won 58-48 in their recent non-league bout against St. Patrick-St. Vincent (Vallejo, CA)

Next up, the Cougars play the Pleasant Valley Vikings (Chico, CA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 15. Cornerstone Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 12-4 season record. The Vikings come into the bout with a 13-6 record after their 70-20 league win over Enterprise (Redding, CA).
