With the win, Geronimo upgrades its record to 16-1 on the season. The Blue Jays host Fletcher (Fletcher, OK) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 2-12.

Next up, the Comets clash with the Alex Longhorns (Alex, OK) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Velma-Alma will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record.
