Hillsdale Falcons (Jeromesville, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Lucas Cubs (Lucas, OH), 41-17 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Hillsdale upgrades its record to 4-9 on the season. The Falcons host Dalton (Dalton, OH) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Wayne County bout on Thursday, January 18. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 4-8. Dalton lost 61-21 in their recent league bout against Waynedale (Apple Creek, OH)

Next up, the Cubs clash with the Monroeville Eagles (Monroeville, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Lucas will attempt to upgrade on its 0-10 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 6-6 record after their 57-52 league loss to Mapleton (Ashland, OH).
