The Lincoln Railsplitters basketball team scored 79 points and held the visiting Lanphier Lions to 17 in the Railsplitters league triumph on Saturday.

The Railsplitters now sport a 21-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lanphier for a Central State Eight contest on Saturday, January 13. Lincoln will meet a Lions team coming off a 61-42 non-league loss to Bloomington (Bloomington, IL). The Lions record now stands at 4-11.

The Lions (4-12) will now prepare for their contest against Lincoln (Lincoln, IL). The Railsplitters enter the Central State Eight contest with a 20-0 record. In their last contest, Lincoln triumphed over Normal Community (Normal, IL), 67-29, in a non-league contest.
