Georgia High School Basketball - Manchester falls to Upson-Lee

January 13, 2024: Thomaston, GA 30286

In Saturday's non-league match, the host Upson-Lee Knights basketball team scored a good 46-36 triumph over the Manchester Blue Devils.

In their next game, the Knights meet the Mary Persons Bulldogs (Forsyth, GA) in a AAA Region 2 match, on Tuesday, January 16. Upson-Lee will attempt to better on its 5-10 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 14-4 record after their 70-49 non-league loss to Lamar County (Barnesville, GA).

With the defeat, Manchester moves to 7-4 on the year. The Blue devils travel to Webster County (Preston, GA) to meet the in a A D2 Region 6 match on Tuesday, January 16. The enter the match with a record of 0-11. Webster County lost 77-5 in their recent league match against Schley County (Ellaville, GA)
