The Pendleton County Wildcats (Falmouth, KY) basketball crushed the visiting Newport Wildcats (Newport, KY), 64-38 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Wildcats (5-13) will now prepare for their test against St. Patrick (Maysville, KY). The Saints go into the non-league test with a 1-7 record. In their last test, St. Patrick was trounced by Villa Madonna (Covington, KY), 59-38, in a non-league test.

The Wildcats now own a 2-12 record. They play next when they host Cincinnati Trailblazers HomeSchool for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 16. Newport will encounter a Trailblazers squad coming off a 48-38 non-league loss to Legacy Christian Academy (Xenia, OH). The Trailblazers record now stands at 1-5.
