Robbinsdale Cooper Hawks (New Hope, MN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting North Community Polars (Minneapolis, MN), 72-46 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Robbinsdale Cooper upgrades its record to 5-11 on the season. The Hawks host Henry/Minneapolis North (Minneapolis, MN) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 13. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 6-7. Henry/Minneapolis North lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Minneapolis South (Minneapolis, MN)

Next up, the Polars clash with the Roosevelt Teddies (Minneapolis, MN) in a AAA Section 3 bout, on Tuesday, January 16. North Community will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record. The Teddies go into the bout with a 10-4 record after their 60-36 non-league loss to Roseville (Roseville, MN).
