Next, the Wildcats face the South Grand Prairie Warriors (Grand Prairie, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 18. Guyer will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Burleson (Burleson, TX).

The Cougars now have a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Klein Collins for a 6A Region 2 District 15 challenge on Wednesday, January 17. Tomball will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Cleveland (Cleveland, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 4-3.
