Connecticut High School Ice Hockey - Branford can't get by Watertown/Pomperaug

In Saturday's league test, the visiting Watertown/Pomperaug Indians ice hockey team scored a tight 3-2 win over the Branford Hornets.

The Indians (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Lyman Hall (Wallingford, CT). The Trojans enter the Southern Connecticut - DII test with a 6-3 record.

Next up, the Hornets encounter the Watertown Raiders (Watertown, MA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, January 13. Branford will attempt to advance on its 0-4 season record. The Raiders enter the test with a 1-1 record after their 5-3 league win over Wilmington (Wilmington, MA).
