Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna Broncos (Ritzville, WA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Chewelah Cougars (Chewelah, WA), 42-39 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna upgrades its record to 10-7 on the season. The Broncos travel to Davenport (Davenport, WA) to clash with the Gorillas in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Gorillas go into the bout with a record of 6-8. Davenport won 31-26 in their recent non-league bout against Asotin (Asotin, WA)

Next up, the Cougars clash with the Cusick Panthers (Cusick, WA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 15. Chewelah will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record.
