Washington High School Basketball - Granite Falls can't hold off Orcas Island

The Orcas Island Vikings basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Granite Falls Tigers to 49 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Vikings now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lummi for a non-league contest on Friday, January 19. Orcas Island will battle a Blackhawks team coming off a 55-41 non-league win over Orcas Island (Eastsound, WA). The Blackhawks record now stands at 5-1.
The Tigers (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Eastside Prep (Kirkland, WA). The enter the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Eastside Prep nudged Overlake (Redmond, WA), 48-21, in a non-league contest.
