In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Rio Linda Knights soccer squad scored a close 6-1 win over the El Primero Lobos.
The Knights (12-4) will now prepare for their battle against Dixon (Dixon, CA). The Rams go into the Golden Empire League battle with a 8-2 record. In their last battle, Dixon nipped Mesa Verde (Citrus Heights, CA), 3-1, in a league battle.
The Lobos (3-6) will now prepare for their battle against Kathleen MacDonald (San Jose, CA). The Condor go into the non-league battle with a 0-0 record.
