The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Antwerp Archers (Antwerp, OH) and the host Hilltop Cadets (West Unity, OH), observed Antwerp's basketball team knock off Hilltop by a score of 67-55.

The Archers (4-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Edgerton (Edgerton, OH). The Bulldogs come into the Green Meadows challenge with a 8-5 record. In their last challenge, Edgerton was knocked off by Pettisville (Pettisville, OH), 40-34, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Cadets encounter the Edon Bombers (Edon, OH) in a Buckeye Border challenge, on Friday, January 17. Hilltop will attempt to improve on its 6-6 season record. The Bombers come into the challenge with a 6-6 record after their 50-42 non-league loss to Tinora (Defiance, OH).
