In Monday's non-league test, the Bellefonte Raiders (Bellefonte, PA) basketball squad defeated the host Shikellamy Braves (Sunbury, PA), by a score of 61-49.

Next, the Raiders clash with the Bald Eagle Area Eagles (Wingate, PA) in a Laurel Highlands test, on Wednesday, January 15. Bellefonte will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record.

The Braves (2-12) will now prepare for their test against Jersey Shore (Jersey Shore, PA). The Bulldogs come into the Heartland I test with a 7-4 record. In their last test, Jersey Shore went down by Shamokin Area (Coal Township, PA), 71-44, in a league test.
