The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Bishop Brossart Mustangs (Alexandria, KY) and the host Robertson County Black Devils (Mt. Olivet, KY), observed Bishop Brossart's basketball team overwhelm Robertson County by a score of 98-25.
The Mustangs (7-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Berea (Berea, KY). The Pirates come into the non-league challenge with a 4-8 record. In their last challenge, Berea trounced Bluegrass United (Lexington, KY), 61-36, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Black Devils encounter the Harrison County Thorobreds (Cynthiana, KY) in a District 38 challenge, on Friday, January 17. Robertson County will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record.
