The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Catasauqua Rough Riders (Catasauqua, PA) and the visiting Lehighton Indians (Lehighton, PA), observed Catasauqua's basketball team overwhelm Lehighton by a score of 69-40.

The Rough Riders (6-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Northern Lehigh (Slatington, PA). The Bulldogs come into the Colonial - West challenge with a 2-9 record.

In their next game, the Indians battle the Saucon Valley Panthers (Hellertown, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Lehighton will attempt to improve on its 12-2 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 45-40 non-league win over Jim Thorpe (Jim Thorpe, PA).
