Kansas High School Basketball - Mission Valley nips Chase County

The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Mission Valley Vikings (Eskridge, KS) and the visiting Chase County Bulldogs (Cottonwood Falls, KS), observed Mission Valley's basketball team edge Chase County by a score of 52-47.
The Vikings (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against West Franklin (Pomona, KS). The Falcons come into the Flint Hills challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, West Franklin was tipped by Osage City (Osage City, KS), 77-64, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Lyndon Tigers (Lyndon, KS) in a Flint Hills challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Chase County will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record.
