Napavine Tigers (Napavine, WA) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Coupeville Wolves (Coupeville, WA), 76-52 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Napavine advances its record to 10-2 on the year. The Tigers host Onalaska (Onalaska, WA) to meet the Loggers in a 2B Central match on Tuesday, January 14. The Loggers enter the match with a record of 6-7. Onalaska won 79-67 in their recent non-league match against Raymond/South Bend (Raymond, WA)
The Wolves now own a 3-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Darrington for a 1B/2B Northwest match on Friday, January 17. Coupeville will meet a Loggers squad coming off a 86-47 league loss to Friday Harbor (Friday Harbor, WA). The Loggers record now stands at 5-7.
