The Greenwood Wildcats basketball team scored 41 points and limited the visiting Line Mountain Eagles to 39 in the Wildcats league triumph on Monday.

The Wildcats now possess a 10-3 record. They play next when they travel to Newport for a Tri-Valley game on Tuesday, January 14. Greenwood will confront a Buffaloes team coming off a 55-46 league loss to Upper Dauphin Area (Elizabethville, PA). The Buffaloes record now stands at 1-11.

With the loss, Line Mountain falls to 6-5 on the campaign. The Eagles host East Juniata (McAlisterville, PA) to confront the Tigers in a Tri-Valley game on Thursday, January 16. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 3-10. East Juniata lost 76-63 in their recent league game against Susquenita (Duncannon, PA)
