Washington High School Basketball - Rainier Christian bests Pope John Paul II

The Rainier Christian Mustangs basketball team scored 58 points and limited the host Pope John Paul II Eagles to 38 in the Mustangs league triumph on Monday.
The Mustangs now possess a 2-6 record. They play next when they travel to Northwest Yeshiva for a 1B/2B Sea-Tac game on Wednesday, January 15. Rainier Christian will play a Lions team coming off a 62-56 league win over Puget Sound Adventist (Kirkland, WA). The Lions record now stands at 8-3.
With the loss, Pope John Paul II falls to 0-8 on the campaign. The Eagles host Summit Classical Christian School (Bellevue, WA) to play the Archers in a 1B/2B Sea-Tac game on Wednesday, January 15. The Archers go into the game with a record of 13-3. Summit Classical Christian School won 79-51 in their recent league game against Evergreen Lutheran (Tacoma, WA)
