In Monday's non-league contest, the host Broken Bow Savages basketball team scored a good 45-36 triumph over the Kingston Redskins.
The Savages (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Hugo (Hugo, OK). The Buffaloes go into the Southeast Six contest with a 5-5 record.
In their next game, the Redskins battle the Idabel Warriors (Idabel, OK) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Kingston will attempt to better on its 6-4 season record. The Warriors go into the contest with a 5-4 record after their 58-45 non-league loss to Will Rogers College (Tulsa, OK).
