Cornerstone Christian Patriots (Willoughby, OH) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host John F. Kennedy Fighting Eagles (Cleveland, OH), 61-30 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Cornerstone Christian upgrades its record to 11-1 on the year. The Patriots travel to Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin (Chardon, OH) to face the Lions in a non-league match on Wednesday, January 15. The Lions enter the match with a record of 5-6. Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin lost 39-38 in their recent non-league match against Shaker Heights (Shaker Heights, OH)

The Fighting Eagles now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Garrett Morgan for a Cleveland Municipal Senate match on Tuesday, January 14. John F. Kennedy will face a Falcons squad coming off a 42-33 non-league win over Valley Forge (Parma Heights, OH). The Falcons record now stands at 5-7.
