In Monday's non-league test, the Corry Beavers (Corry, PA) basketball squad defeated the visiting Fort LeBoeuf Bison (Waterford, PA), by a score of 40-28.

Next, the Beavers clash with the Fairview Tigers (Fairview, PA) in a District 10 Region 6 test, on Thursday, January 16. Corry will attempt to improve on its 5-6 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 8-2 record after their 43-26 non-league win over Grove City (Grove City, PA).

The Bison (2-7) will now prepare for their test against Harbor Creek (Harborcreek, PA). The Huskies come into the District 10 Region 6 test with a 9-1 record. In their last test, Harbor Creek overcame General McLane (Edinboro, PA), 41-28, in a league test.
