In Monday's non-league test, the Esko Eskomos (Esko, MN) basketball squad trounced the visiting South Ridge Panthers (Culver, MN), by a score of 72-32.
Next, the Eskomos encounter the Barnum Bombers (Barnum, MN) in a AA Section 7 test, on Thursday, January 16. Esko will attempt to improve on its 6-12 season record.
The Panthers (8-9) will now prepare for their test against North Woods (Cook, MN). The grizzlies come into the A Section 7 test with a 3-11 record. In their last test, North Woods was routed by Mountain Iron-Buhl (Mountain Iron, MN), 98-12, in a league test.
