Illinois High School Basketball - Benet Academy victorious over De La Salle

In Monday's non-league contest, the host Benet Academy Redwings basketball team scored a good 42-32 triumph over the De La Salle Meteors.
The Redwings (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Kaneland (Maple Park, IL). The Knights go into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record.
In their next game, the Meteors battle the St. Laurence Vikings (Burbank, IL) in a contest, on Tuesday, January 14. De La Salle will attempt to better on its 10-4 season record. The Vikings go into the contest with a 15-4 record after their 57-55 non-league win over Whitney Young (Chicago, IL).
