In Monday's non-league contest, the host Southwest DeKalb Panthers basketball team scored a good 42-22 win over the Miller Grove Wolverines.
The Panthers (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Stone Mountain (Stone Mountain, GA). The Pirates come into the contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Stone Mountain dropped by Redan (Stone Mountain, GA), 54-41, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Wolverines battle the Clarkston Angoras (Clarkston, GA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, January 15. Miller Grove will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record.
