In Monday's non-league contest, the host Sherando Warriors basketball team scored a big 60-28 win over the Strasburg Rams.

The Warriors (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Warren County (Front Royal, VA). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Warren County was trounced by Kettle Run (Nokesville, VA), 41-30, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Rams battle the Stonewall Jackson Generals (Quicksburg, VA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Strasburg will attempt to better on its 0-6 season record. The Generals come into the contest with a 4-7 record after their 47-41 non-league win over Luray (Luray, VA).
