Fans at Monday's non-league battle between the Mica Mountain Thunderbolts (Tucson, AZ) and the host Cienega Bobcats (Vail, AZ), saw Mica Mountain's soccer squad knock off Cienega by a count of 3-1.

The Thunderbolts (6-3) will now prepare for their battle against Sahuarita (Sahuarita, AZ). The Mustangs enter the non-league battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Sahuarita tipped Buena (Sierra Vista, AZ), 3-2, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Bobcats battle the Pueblo Warriors (Tucson, AZ) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, January 15. Cienega will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Warriors enter the battle with a 3-5 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Rio Rico (Rio Rico, AZ).
