Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Cedarville Indians (Cedarville, OH) and the host Fairbanks Panthers (Milford Center, OH), saw Cedarville's basketball squad hold off Fairbanks by a tally of 62-55.
With the victory, Cedarville improves its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Indians host Mechanicsburg (Mechanicsburg, OH) to confront the Indians in a Ohio Heritage challenge on Tuesday, January 18. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 1-9.
Next up, the Panthers confront the Benjamin Logan Raiders (Bellefontaine, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 15. Fairbanks will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 1-10 record after their 55-30 league loss to North Union (Richwood, OH).
