The Yorkville Foxes basketball team (Yorkville, IL), dropped 44-35 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Plainfield Central Wildcats (Plainfield, IL)
The Wildcats now possess a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Riverside-Brookfield for a non-league battle on Monday, January 17. Plainfield Central will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 71-59 league win over Timothy Christian (Elmhurst, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 12-2.
The Foxes (6-9) will now prepare for their battle against Kaneland (Maple Park, IL). The Knights come into the non-league battle with a 9-3 record. In their last battle, Kaneland beat Sandwich (Sandwich, IL), 64-3, in a league battle.
