In Saturday's non-league outing, the Upper Scioto Valley Rams (McGuffey, OH) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Arcadia Redskins (Arcadia, OH), by a count of 70-35.
The Rams (9-3) will now prepare for their outing against Hardin Northern (Dola, OH). The Polar Bears go into the Northwest Central outing with a 3-9 record. In their last outing, Hardin Northern was crushed by Ada (Ada, OH), 67-49, in a non-league outing.
The Redskins now hold a 2-10 record. They play next when they host Van Buren for a Blanchard Valley outing on Friday, January 20. Arcadia will clash with a Black Knights squad coming off a 51-47 non-league loss to Elmwood (Bloomdale, OH). The Black Knights record now stands at 5-7.
