New Jersey High School Basketball - Bergen Tech can't hold off Lyndhurst

The Lyndhurst Golden Bears basketball team scored 40 points and held the host Bergen Tech Knights to 38 in the Golden Bears non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Golden Bears now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Harrison for a North Jersey - Liberty contest on Wednesday, January 18. Lyndhurst will battle a Blue Tide team coming off a 57-44 non-league loss to Eastern Christian (North Haledon, NJ). The Blue Tide record now stands at 1-5.
The Knights (1-10) will now prepare for their contest against Lakeland Regional (Wanaque, NJ). The Lancers enter the non-league contest with a 5-7 record. In their last contest, Lakeland Regional nudged Passaic Valley (Little Falls, NJ), 59-50, in a league contest.
