The Bound Brook Crusaders (Bound Brook, NJ) basketball felled the host Bernards Mountaineers (Bernardsville, NJ), 69-57 in Saturday's league test.
The Crusaders (10-1) will now prepare for their test against Warren Hills Regional (Washington, NJ). The Blue Streaks go into the non-league test with a 3-5 record.
The Mountaineers now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to St. Mary for a non-league test on Sunday, January 15. Bernards will encounter a Gaels squad coming off a 64-39 non-league win over Rutherford (Rutherford, NJ). The Gaels record now stands at 10-1.
