The New Albany Eagles (New Albany, OH) basketball nipped the visiting Big Walnut Golden Eagles (Sunbury, OH), 56-54 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Eagles (5-7) will now prepare for their test against Northview (Sylvania, OH). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 10-2 record. In their last test, Northview was tipped by Springfield (Holland, OH), 57-55, in a league test.
