California High School Basketball - Central Catholic fells Northgate

Central Catholic Raiders (Modesto, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Northgate Broncos (Walnut Creek, CA), 72-62 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Central Catholic upgrades its record to 11-7 on the season. The Raiders host Sierra (Manteca, CA) to clash with the Timberwolves in a Valley Oak League bout on Wednesday, January 18. The Timberwolves go into the bout with a record of 9-9. Sierra lost 57-37 in their recent league bout against Kimball (Tracy, CA)
Next up, the Broncos clash with the Acalanes Dons (Lafayette, CA) in a Diablo - Foothill bout, on Wednesday, January 18. Northgate will attempt to upgrade on its 5-12 season record. The Dons go into the bout with a 10-6 record after their 62-58 league loss to Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA).
