Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Pace Academy Knights (Atlanta, GA) and the visiting Chaminade-Julienne Eagles (Dayton, OH), saw Pace Academy's basketball squad hold off Chaminade-Julienne by a tally of 62-55.
With the victory, Pace Academy improves its record to 12-4 on the campaign. The Knights travel to McDonough (McDonough, GA) to play the Warhawks in a AAAA Region 5 challenge on Friday, January 20. The Warhawks come into the challenge with a record of 15-2. McDonough won 68-61 in their recent non-league challenge against Sandy Creek (Tyrone, GA)
Next up, the Eagles play the Beavercreek Beavers (Beavercreek, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Chaminade-Julienne will attempt to improve on its 14-1 season record. The Beavers come into the challenge with a 4-7 record after their 68-58 league loss to Springboro (Springboro, OH).
