The Church Farm Griffens basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Pope John Paul II to 40 in the Griffens non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Griffens now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Collegium Charter for a Bicentennial contest on Wednesday, January 18. Church Farm will meet a Cougar team coming off a 72-50 non-league loss to Marple Newtown (Newtown Square, PA). The Cougar record now stands at 6-8.

The (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Pottsgrove (Pottsgrove, PA). The Falcons enter the Pioneer - Frontier contest with a 4-7 record.
